Wotman Settles Partnership Litigation
Daniel Wotman recently settled a partnership litigation in the Supreme Court, Commercial Division, on behalf of the beneficiaries of a deceased 25 percent partner in a 270 Unit Apartment Complex in New York City where the beneficiaries received a 25 percent fair-market share (rather than lower statutory date of death valuation) of the sale of the entire partnership property for $39.5 million.
